Delete your Quoliv account

You can permanently delete your Quoliv account directly inside the app. You may also email us if you cannot access your account.

Delete your account in Quoliv

1. Open Quoliv and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile from the navigation bar.
3. Scroll to Delete account and select Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE, then select Delete forever.

If you cannot sign in, email quoliv.app@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account and write “Quoliv account deletion request” in the subject line.

Data that is deleted

• Your Quoliv authentication account and profile information.
• Your lesson progress, quiz results, XP, streaks, and gems.
• Your fake-money portfolio, positions, and simulator trade history.
• Your saved app preferences associated with the account.

Account deletion also cancels any active Quoliv Pro subscription associated with the account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data that may be retained

Limited billing, transaction, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained by Quoliv or its service providers when required by law. Temporary server logs and backup copies may remain until they are removed under the relevant provider’s normal retention schedule. This retained information is not used to keep your Quoliv account active.

Delete local guest data

Progress created without an account is stored only on that device. You can remove it by clearing Quoliv’s app or browser storage, or by uninstalling the app. Deleting an account does not automatically clear guest data stored on other devices.
