Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Quoliv. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Quoliv.

1. What Quoliv is

Quoliv is an educational product: bite-size lessons plus a simulator that uses fake money only. No real securities are bought or sold, no real funds change hands, and Quoliv is not a broker, dealer, exchange, or investment adviser.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing in Quoliv is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. See our Disclaimer for details. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed professional before making real financial decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Quoliv, and old enough to form a binding agreement.

4. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure. Provide accurate information and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Virtual items

Gems, hearts, XP, cosmetics, and any other in-app items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable. We may adjust or remove them at any time.

6. Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse, disrupt, or attempt to break the service or its security.
• Don’t scrape, copy, or resell the content without permission.
• Don’t use Quoliv for any unlawful purpose or upload harmful or infringing content.

7. Market data

Prices and other market data come from third parties, are provided “as is,” may be delayed or inaccurate, and must not be used for real trading decisions.

8. Intellectual property

Quoliv and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own learning.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Quoliv is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any real-world financial decisions you make.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end access to Quoliv at any time. You may stop using it at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We’ll update the “Last updated” date, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
